Safia Sultana

ABA Therapist

Safia Sultana is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a diverse clinical background and a passion for supporting children and families. She earned her degree in computer science from Chicago and spent nearly a decade working as a WIC consultant, breastfeeding peer counselor, breast cancer consultant, and credentialing coordinator at a community health clinic before transitioning into behavior therapy. Throughout her clinical career, she has worked extensively with pregnant mothers, infants, children, and individuals from a wide range of communities across the Chicagoland area.

Since entering the field of behavior therapy, Safia has become RBT certified and is excited to continue growing her experience and knowledge in the field. She aspires to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the future.

Safia is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive experience for each of her clients. Drawing from her extensive clinical background, she understands the value of individualized care and meaningful one-on-one interactions in environments where children feel comfortable and secure. She is committed to helping clients and families feel supported every step of the way.

FUN FACT: Outside of work, Safia enjoys practicing yoga, exploring new tea spots, and trying different teas—she is a true tea lover and is always willing to drive miles to discover a great cup of tea. She also enjoys trying new foods with her own children.
