Esti is a Chicago-based ABA therapist originally from New York City. Esti had her initial experience as an ABA therapist while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree at Brooklyn College back in 2017. Esti graduated from Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work in 2021 before she moved to the Chicagoland area, where she works full-time as a community social worker. Esti really enjoyed being an ABA therapist and joined Steinberg Behavior Solutions part-time in 2025 so she could continue that work.
As an ABA therapist, Esti enjoys the opportunity to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the child’s home setting, the environment to which we’re aiming to produce meaningful and everlasting positive behavior change.
Fun fact: In her spare time, Esti enjoys biking and hiking with her husband as well as reading a good novel.
