Ava is a Chicago-based ABA therapist originally from Minnetonka, Minnesota. After graduating from Miami University in 2026, Ava moved to Chicago to pursue her passion for working with children at Steinberg Behavior Solutions. As an ABA therapist, Ava enjoys the opportunity to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings, helping children develop meaningful skills across the environments where they live, learn, and play.
In addition to working on the SBS therapy team, Ava is working towards obtaining her RBT certification and plans to return to school in the future to receive a master’s degree in psychology.
Prior to joining the SBS team, Ava worked at the Lovaas Institute based in Minnesota, where her passion and interest for the field truly bloomed, ultimately bringing her to Chicago to continue supporting the learning and development of children here with the SBS team!
Fun fact: In her spare time, Ava enjoys exploring all the delicious food and exploring the many things to do here in Chicago, and is always open to recommendations for new things to try!
